Clinical

49-year-old HIV-negative man with left-side pelvic-abdominal mass and multiple other masses in mesentery and retroperitoneum, but no other adenopathy.

Diagnosis

EBV+, HHV8+ lymphoproliferative disorder, consistent with germinotropic lymphoproliferative disorder
