Clinical
64-year-old woman with history of lupus on methotrexate, with prominent bilateral cervical and axillary lymphadenopathy (biopsy is of enlarged right axillary lymph node). Serum and urine protein and immunofixation electrophoresis showed abnormal banding (images of gels provided).
