63 year old man with a history of non-small cell lung carcinoma with brain metastases treated with whole brain radiation, who presented with a new right cerebellar lesion.
Cerebellar cortex and white matter. No tumor present. (An additional specimen was submitted subsequently showing metastatic adenocarcinoma)
