67 yo F with a 5.1 cm tan-white fungating endometrial mass and a 13 cm tan-white solid-cystic adnexal mass.
FX1) uterus: adenocarcinoma, close to 50%, 2) Fibroma

Permanent 1: endometrioid adenocarcinoma grade 2, invasive 8mm in 24 mm, conspicuous adenomyosis involvement

Permanent 2: Fibroma with cystic degeneration
