WSI24-204-Case-8
69-year-old man presented with a bump on his left temporal scalp. Examination shows a large dark patch on his scalp. Biopsy showed an invasive melanoma that is at least 3 mm in thickness and with 4 mitoses per squared millimeter. Superior to this large pigment lesion are 4-5 small pigmented lesions.
