Metastatic renal cell carcinoma, invaisve through tracheal cartilage and involving both tracheal mucosa and peritracheal soft tissue with LVI. High gradepapillary thyroid carcinoma, colliding with RCC at the junction of the tracheal cartilage with extensive LVI.
