Concurrent surgical: Metastatic high-grade carcinoma
Morphologic features of the tumor in the ovary are non-diagnostic focal positivity for SOX2 and Claudin18 with strong CA125 and Ca19.9 along with the clinical findings/impression would suggest a pancreatobiliary origin of the tumor.
