74 yo M with 2 RUL masses identified grossly. Frozens taken: FX1: Parenchymal margin FX1A: Mass #1 FX2B: Mass #2 (subpleural) Mjf79 FX1: Margin negative FX1A: SCC. FX1B: fibroelastotic scarring Final: SCC keratinizing. Prominent subpleural fibroelastotic scarring which may represent prominent apical cap.
