74 year old man with ocular surface neoplasia and pre-existing poor vision
Dry age related macular degeneration with geographic atrophy. Note the distinct area of photoreceptor and retinal pigment epitheilal loss. Additionally, the cornea displays invasive adenosquamous carcinoma.
