Right breast mastectomy from 52 F postmenopausal with 5.9 cm upper outer right breast (extending into lower outer and upper inner) invasive mammary carcinoma grade 2 and ALH with clip. Carcinoma is E-cad neg, DDx is pleomorphic lobular carcinoma vs dyshesive ductal carcinoma. Also, Bx proven right axillary nodal metastasis with clip. PMH: 12 years ago treated for left DCIS.
