...Multiple skin tumor nodules
Skin, left upper arm tumor nodule, : CD8+, CD30+ T-cell lymphoma.

IHC shows CD8+ CD30+(~50%) CD2+ with weak CD5 expression, loss of CD7, CD56- TCRbeta F1+, clonal by NGS.
