A 85-year-old male smoker (70 pysmoking hx) with lung nodules first detected on CT after a fall in 2024. 9mm LLL nodule followed since 2024 grew to 1.6 cm. Surgical resection advised. Mm768

A 57-year-old female never smoker with multiple solid rounded pulmonary nodules with the larges one being 13 mm. Mm768

A 55-year-old male never smoker with a PMH of potential asbestos exposure presented with a 2.1 cm LLL subplueral consolidative and ground glass opacity. Mm768

Case 4


A 76-year-old woman with a history of wedge resection for pT1aN0 invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma 7 years ago was found to have diffuse innumerable pulmonary nodules and a questionable hypoattenuating mass with main pancreatic duct dilatation. One of the pulmonary nodules was biopsied. Mm768

A 73-year-old male never smoker with PMH of asthma HTN and remote pAF presented with a lobulated heterogeneous mass with cavitation/necrosis measuring 8.2 x 8 x 1.9 cm extending to the right lower lobe bronchus - biopsy. Mm768

A 68-year-old male current smoker with PMH of rheumatoid arthritis AAA s/p repair 2022 GERD DM hyperlipidemia was found to have a lung nodule through low dose CT lung cancer screening. Mm768

A 65-year-old male with ILD and COPD OSA on CPAP T2DM GERD admitted to the hospital about 2 weeks ago for acute on chronic hypoxic respiratory failure requiring significantly more oxygen than what he was at home ultimately underwent BOLT. Mm768

A 73-year-old female with significant prolonged bird exposure (multiple household pets); has been followed since 2020 in our system with progressive decline. Mm768
