HER2 IHC: 2+ / HER2 FISH: Negative (Ratio = 2.2, 3.7/1.7, Group 2); heterogeneity noted with mix of groups 2, 4, and 5 cells and very rare low HER2 amplification cells. This is the follow-up excision to Case 7.
