75 yo F, history of multiple myeloma, remission status unknown
POSITIVE FOR MALIGNANT CELLS

Consistent with involvement by the patient’s known plasma cell myeloma

Note: Immunohistochemistry shows that the tumor cells are positive for CD138 (patchy) and MUM1. They are negative for PAX8, calcitonin, and S100.
