86 yo F w/ 3.3 cm tender, well-defined, ovoid, firm nodule left neck
NECK FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION BIOPSY: No malignant cells identified- Acutely inflamed and injured benign salivary gland tissue consistent with acute sialadenitis.
CELLBLOCK: Fragments of injured myxoid stroma with inflammation consistent with acute sialadenitis. There is no evidence of malignancy.
