Integrated diagnosis: ASTROCYTOMA, IDH-MUTANT, CNS WHO GRADE 3 Histological diagnosis: gemistocytic astrocytoma with mitotic activity CNS WHO grade: 3 Molecular information: IDH: mutant (R132H, IDH1/2 PCR sequencing) P53: positive in most tumor cells (immunohistochemistry, consistent with mutation) ATRX: nuclear expression lost (immunohistochemistry, consistent with mutation) CDKN2A/B: maintained (FISH) MGMT promoter: methylated (methylation specific PCR)
