WSI23-33-Case-4
A 35-year-old man complained of knee pain and was found to have a mineralized mass arising from the posterior distal aspect of the femur. What diagnosis do you favor, and is there any stain or genetic study that might be helpful?
Dedifferentiated parosteal osteosarcoma.
