LUNG, LEFT LOWER LOBE, WEDGE: METASTATIC LEIOMYOSARCOMA (0.6 cm). Resection margin is negative for tumor. Tumor is 0.9 cm from the margin. C. LUNG, LEFT UPPER LOBE, WEDGE #2: METASTATIC LEIOMYOSARCOMA (1.5 cm). Resection margin is negative for tumor. Tumor is 0.3 cm from the margin.
