50 year old male with lump in left side of neck 4 months prior with FNA. PTC
PTC, tall cell variant (8 cm) met to LN with extrathyroidal extension. 2 months later - neck dissection showed undifferentiated carcinoma (S12-41329) and the patient died 6 months later
