67 year-old man with history of colon cancer post right hemicolectomy and chemotherapy, now found to have leukocytosis. WBC 30.4 x 109/L, HGB 8.6 g/dL, PLT 284 x 109/L. Karyotype normal. NGS shows ASXL1 p.Gln910Argfs*14 truncating mutation (VAF 10%).
Idiopathic hypereosinophilic syndrome.
