16 year-old female with history of ITP, now normal platelets but mild leukocytosis and rare circulating blasts. WBC 11.3 x 109/L (71% polys, 17% lymphs, 8% monos, 2% eos, 2% basos), HGB 11.2 g/dL, PLT 199 x 109/L.
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura post eltrombopag therapy.
