SKIN, LEFT POSTERIOR ARM, PUNCH BIOPSY - Epidermotropic T cell lymphoma with gamma-delta phenotype IHC: atypical cells are positive for CD3, TCR delta and PD1, scattered positive for CD278/ICOS and negative for CD4, CD8 and BF1 (TCR alpha/beta) with partial loss of CD7.
