Integrated diagnosis:

PILOCYTIC ASTROCTYOMA, BRAF-KIAA1549 FUSION POSITIVE

Histological diagnosis: Pilocytic astrocytoma

WHO histological grade: I

Molecular information: BRAF-KIAA1549 fusion: PRESENT (NGS fusion panel) IDH: wildtype (IDH1/2 sequencing) P53: weak in rare tumor cells (immunohistochemistry, consistent with wildtype)

ATRX: nuclear expression retained (immunohistochemistry, consistent with wildtype)
