65-year-old woman with arthroplasty of her right temporomandibular joint. She presented following a 5 year history of increasing right-sided TMJ following a tooth extraction. Chiropractor caused exacerbation of pain.
Nodular cartilaginous proliferation consistent with calcified chondroid mesenchymal neoplasm. Fusion assay confirms FN1::FGFR2 fusion in the tumor.
