"Hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma (1.8 cm), completely excised; see note.
Note: The tumor is distant (5 mm or more) from all margins. Tumor invades to < 1 mm from underlying cortical bone without invasion into bone seen. No definitive lymphovascular or perineural invasion is identified. An EWSR1::ATF1 gene fusion was identified as a result of next-generation sequencing performed on a prior biopsy of this tumor (see M24-4596 for details)."
