67 yo female with lung mass suspicious for malignancy, and also has right larger than left adrenal masses
Poorly differentiated non-small cell carcinoma.
Note: The aspirate contains numerous high grade, poorly differentiated malignant cells. The tumor cells have macronucleoli, a spindled appearance and are discohesive. The findings are consistent with a poorly differentated non-small cell carcinoma with sarcomatoid features.
