69-year-old man with liver mass Lz31

Case 2


69-year-old female with history of small bowel GIST s/p resection 05/2023. MRI 01/2024 shows a stable 1.3 cm enhancing liver lesion in segment 5/6. LFTs 01/22/24: AST 17 ALT 20 Alk Phos 119 TB 0.4. AMA negative. Lz31

24-year-old previously healthy female presented with abdominal distension and large amount of ascites multiple liver lesions in left liver lobe with left hepatic lobe hypertrophy left hepatic vein dilation and right hepatic vein occlusion. First biopsy - liver mass; second biopsy - background liver. Lz31
