65 yo M with 2.5 cm cystic lesion in pancreatic head with diffuse main pancreatic ductal dilatation.
INVASIVE COLLOID CARCINOMA arising in a main duct INTRADUCTAL PAPILLARY MUCINOUS NEOPLASM, intestinal type, high grade. NOTE: While the overall mass measures 3.5 cm, the invasive component measures approximately 1.2 cm based on microscopic measurement on the slides. (pT1)
