WSI21-73-Case-11
Consult Case: 59 yo F presented with a mass in the pancreatic head initially diagnosed as "pancreatic adenocarcinoma" at OSH. She then presented with a mass in the liver which was revealed to be high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma. Neuroendocrine markers were done on the pancreatic specimen, and the initial diagnosis was amended to "high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma" by OSH.
A. PANCREATIC HEAD MASS: High-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma. B. LIVER MASS CORE BIOPSY: Metastatic high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma.
