A 33-year-old male with a past history of HSV developed erythematous papules and targetoid lesions on his palms and soles. The clinical impression was strongly in favor of erythema multiforme with vasculitis also in the differential and a biopsy was performed. Sac11

A 38-year-old woman presented with a mass involving the left palm. A biopsy was performed. Based on initial evaluation diagnoses of atypical/malignant blue nevus and melanoma variant were entertained and consultation was obtained. Sac11

An 83-year-old male developed a rapidly-growing raised firm plaque on the left neck. A biopsy was performed and diagnosed as Merkel cell carcinoma at an outside lab. The patient was referred to the DFCI and the outside slides were therefore reviewed at BWH. Sac11

An 88-year-old male developed a pink-purple nodule on the right dorsal middle finger over the metacarpophalangeal joint. A biopsy was performed. Sac11
