72 y.o. man with a history of pancreatic cancer treated with neoadjuvant therapy followed by distal pancreatectomy in April 2016. He then developed TCC, grade 3, pT2 by TURBT and subsequently treated with chemoradiation. Subsequently, he was found to have a FDG avid liver lesion (biopsy and resection in 2019) and a colonic mass (biopsy and resection in 2019).
