75 yo male with pink/orange scaly plaques
Skin, right upper back: CD56+ CD8+ cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. IHC: atypical cells are CD3+ CD8+ CD7+ CD4- CD56+ CD5+ granzyme B+, perforin+, TCR Beta F1+, CD2dim/negative.
