Non-specific adenomatous changes. Bone not frozen. ? Hamartoma.

FROZEN SECTION DIAGNOSIS #2 (Right nasal mass - deeper biopsy): Polypoid tissue, edematous, with scattered vessels and smooth muscle; ? Hamartoma vs. reactive changes.
