39 year old woman with no significant past medical history who presented with 3 weeks of
expressive aphasia. MRI shows a 3.4 cm rim-enhancing, FLAIR hyperintense, T1 hypointense left frontal lobe mass.
Frozen diagnosis: Macrophage-rich lesion with scattered Creutzfeldt cells, suggestive of demyelinating process.
(Final diagnosis: Demyelinating lesion)
