45 year old man with a history of a “brain tumor” 10 years ago, now with headache and vision changes
Integrated diagnosis: ANAPLASTIC ASTROCYTOMA, IDH-MUTANT

Histological diagnosis: Anaplastic astrocytoma (recurrent)

WHO histological grade: III

Molecular information: IDH: MUTANT (R132H immunohistochemistry) P53: positive in most tumor cells (immunohistochemistry, consistent with mutation) ATRX: nuclear expression lost (immunohistochemistry, consistent with mutation)

CDKN2A/B: homozygous deletion PRESENT (NGS sequencing)
