54 year old woman with history of papillary thyroid cancer, hyperparathyroidism and Cushing syndrome with a 2.5 cm left adrenal mass.
Adrenal cortical adenoma (3.0 cm).
Eosinophilic, lipofuscin pigment, lipomatous metaplasia c/w cortisol-producing adenoma.
