"EBV-associated nasopharyngeal carcinoma, non-keratinizing.
Note: Immunohistochemistry shows the tumor cells to be positive for keratin 5/6, p40, and keratin MNF116 with preserved expression of INI1 and BRG1. The Ki67 proliferation index is 50%. In situ hybridization for EBER is diffusely positive. The tumor cells are negative for Sox10, NKX2.2, Desmin, NUT, P16, and synaptophysin."
