24-year-old previously healthy female, presented with abdominal distension and large amount of ascites, multiple liver lesions in left liver lobe, with left hepatic lobe hypertrophy, left hepatic vein dilation and right hepatic vein occlusion. First biopsy - liver mass; second biopsy - background liver.
