WSI23-45-Case-6
59 year old male s/p inguinal hernia repair. Noticed left groin mass. By PET, enlarged, bulky, hypermetabolic nodes it the left external iliac distribution. No hx of cutaneous lesions or other carcinoma.
Non-kertinizing HPV-related squamous cell carcinoma with comedo-type necrosis metastatic to a lymph node (7.0 cm) with other positive nodes. Primary differential is genital vs oropharyngeal
