EWING SARCOMA Immunohistochemistry performed at the outside institution and reviewed at MGH. Positive – CD99, NKX2.2, FLI1 Negative – WT1 Per outside hospital report, keratin AE1/AE3, CD45, chromogranin, synaptophysin, myogenin, melanoma cocktail and are reported to be negative.
NGS showed EWR1/FLI1 gene fusion.
