20 year-old patient delivered a singleton at 31 6/7 weeks. The baby had Apgars of 7 and 8 at 1 and 5 minutes respectively. Bq01

37 year-old patient with abnormally rising beta HCG. Gross shows a hemorrhagic mass. Bq01

Case 3


Spontaneous abortion 5 months ago; now presents with 8 cm ovarian mass and HCG of 180 000. Gross shows a hemorrhagic mass. Bq01

Case 4


30 year-old with 12-week missed abortion 4 months prior to hysterectomy. Fetal and villous tissue noted on prior pathology specimens. Now presents with hemorrhagic mass and elevated HCG. Bq01

41 year-old infertility patient had a missed abortion having multicystic placenta (by US) 5 months retained POC 2 months ago persistent HCG 1 month ago --> EMC for your review submitted by Troph Clinic during visit for 2nd opinion of the clinical dx of persistent GTD Hint: p57 is negative Bq01
