DZI19-170-Case-2
32 year-old man who presented with pressure headaches, nausea, and occasional emesis, found to have a multicystic partially enhancing mass involving the inferior cerebellar vermis with an exophytic component extending into the fourth ventricle.
Frozen diagnosis: Low-grade glial neoplasm with Rosenthal fibers, suggestive of pilocytic astrocytoma. (Final diagnosis: pilocytic astrocytoma)
