Remote Access

Citrix: CoPath, Epic, Insight

For macOS Catalina users, key points to remember:

  • Your Mac OS should be 10.13 or higher. FileVault encryption should be enabled.
  • If you already have Citrix Workspace 19.12, there should be no reason to delete and reinstall
  • If you do not have Citrix Workspace 19.12, download it from SelfService, or directly from Citrix:
