WSI21-53-Case-1
60 year-old man with a heavy smoking history presented with a 3.7 cm right hilar mass causing occlusion of the RUL bronchus and RUL volume loss, severe narrowing of the right bronchus intermedius, a 2.1 cm RUL mass and other micronodular densities in the same lobe, as well as multistation mediastinal and right supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
