61 yo M with vocal cord lesion.

FROZEN SECTION DIAGNOSIS #1; (LEFT VOCAL FOLD LESION): Squamous mucosa with mild to moderate atypia, deferred.

FROZEN SECTION DIAGNOSIS #2; (RIGHT VOCAL FOLD LESION): Squamous mucosa with mild to moderate atypia, defer. FROZEN SECTION DIAGNOSIS #3; (LEFT ANTERIOR VOCAL FOLD LESION): Detached parakeratotic squamous epithelium.

Permanent of FX1: Squamous mucosa with focal low grade dysplasia. FX2: Squamous mucosa with low grade dysplasia.

FX3: Fragments of detached squamous epithelium with focal parakeratosis, cell debris, and bacterial/fungal forms.
