Mixed macrovesicular (50%) and microvesicular (10%) steatosis with rare necrotic hepatocytes and focal, mild inflammation. (See note.) Note: There is no evidence of congestion, hemorrhage, cholestasis, lipofuscin pigment or fibrosis.
