Squamous nonkeratinized epithelial lined cyst with focal mucin most consistent with dentigerous cyst.

Benign papillary squamous hyperplasia. Permanent: MIDLINE PALATE BIOPSY:

Markedly inflamed papillary squamous mucosa with pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia and squamous nests consistent with sialometaplasia.
