WSI21-139-Case-27
10 yo M with several months of cervical lymphadenopathy up to 3 cm.
No malignant cells identified. Polymorphous lymphocytes with reactive germinal centers and prominent emperipolesis. Note: The findings are overall consistent with a reactive lymph node; however, the emperipolesis raises the possibility of Rosai-Dorfman disease.
