WSI23-33-Case-7
A 34-year-old male presented with constitutional symptoms and a supraclavicular mass. Immunohistochemical stains showed positive staining for keratin (MNF 116), CD56, and synaptophysin. There was no staining for chromogranin or INSM1. The diagnosis of metastatic neuroendocrine carcinoma was favored, but then the translocation assay came back.
