DZI20-240-Case-1
34 year old woman with elevated serum cortisol and a 2.0 cm left adrenal mass. High-dose dexamethasone suppression test did not suppress. Following this surgery, the patient continued to have fatigue and difficulty with concentration.
Primary pigmented nodular adrenocortical disease
